6. Nut Butters
There are plenty of nut butter options to choose from at Costco, but two that stand out are organic peanut butter and the Kirkland almond butter. You can get two 28-oz. jars of organic peanut butter for $10.
As for almond butter, you can get a 27-oz. jar for $7.39– the same price for a 16-oz. jar of almond butter at Trader Joe’s. Although nut butter is healthy, remember to be careful with your serving sizes. All of those calories will certainly add up.
5. Frozen Fruit
Who doesn’t love frozen fruit? I mean, after all, it’s so versatile. You can add it to smoothies or oatmeal, put it in plain Greek yogurt for a cool, sweet treat that’s similar to ice cream, or you can eat it straight from the bag on a hot summer day.
Thankfully, Costco has bags of frozen fruit for less than $10 each, “making them a steal for three-to-four pounds of organic frozen fruit,” HUM Nutrition Inc. wrote in an article published on its website.
