7. Dame Barbara Windsor
The actress passed away on Dec. 11, at the age of 83. The United Kingdom’s Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, said that she campaigned for the lonely and the vulnerable. She cheered the world up with her British brand of harmless sauciness and innocent scandal. Windsor was best known for her roles as Peggy Mitchell in EastEnders and the Carry On films.
